The export volume of Chinese LED bulb lamps dropped sharply in February in this year
Affected by objective factors of the Spring Festival holiday, the export volume of Chinese LED bulb products were approximately US$216 million in February 2018, a significant drop of 42% from the previous quarter, but the growth rate was still as high as 93% year-on-year. In February,
LED bulb lamps were still the most important export category of LED lighting products in China. LED bulbs accounted for nearly 30% of the total export value of all LED products, a slight decrease from the previous month, but occupied more 9% market share in February of 17th.
Second, the United States is still China’s largest bulb lamp export market. In February 2018, China exported LED bulbs to 146 countries, especially exported more than 5 million U.S. dollars to 11 countries, accounting for more than 60% of the total. The United States remains China’s largest export market for bulbs, but other markets have significant differences. In February, China exported US$ 63.62 million in bulb lamps to the United States, while the second-ranked Russian market was only US$ 11.41 million. It should be noted that in the context of a general and significant decline in the export value of LED products in February, the total volume of bulb products exported to Russia and Argentina decreased by less than 15% month-on-month,but which was a year-on-year increase of 270% and 452% respectively.
